What to Wear
We recommend wearing quick-dry athletic clothing, old running shoes or water shoes, and a jacket that can comfortably fit under your lifejacket to help keep you warm on the water.
On sunny days, we also recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for additional comfort and protection.
